When is the market open? The market is open Saturdays from 8:30 am -1:00 pm.

Where is the market located? Memorial Plaza (next to train station), Pleasantville, NY. There are seven parking lots nearby. December through March, the delicious good time is inside the Pleasantville Middle School cafeteria, at 40 Romer Avenue.

Does the market accept EBT SNAP benefits?  Yes, and by offering Bonus Bucks, shoppers can earn an extra $2 in bonus bucks for every $5 spent with your SNAP benefits.[i]

What do the vendors sell? During the summer, 56 vendors offer organic produce as well as meats, cheeses and breads. During the winter, shoppers can enjoy abundant fresh, winter-grown produce along with our trademark variety of meats, cheeses, breads, prepared foods, you name it. Fresh winter grown produce including kales, mescluns, carrots, beets, radishes, herbs and more. Also available is a strong selection of well-stored regional foods from the summer growing season including apples, cabbage, beets, carrots, squash, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, onions, broccoli and more.

Special Events: Each week, the market offers creative programming for kids such as magician, LEGO play, chess instruction, science experiments, hands-on instruction on musical instruments, and more. Our weekly music series includes jazz, pop, Western, European, Irish and Bluegrass performances. There are cooking demonstrations from local restaurants and nutrition information available.
